If a person shown in a digital twin at MyAvatar has died, the estate or a relative can demand the twin deactivated. We ask for documentation (death certificate or probate document). A person on our team reviews the report; the twin is deactivated once the death is confirmed, and the person's own choice for the twin is followed.
